Care that begins before arrival
Personal hospitality starts with listening. A guest may want complete rest, a romantic few days, support with dietary requirements, or time for treatments. Understanding this before arrival allows a stay to feel natural from the first day.
The Jing is small enough for this information to matter. With three suites and one private villa, preferences do not need to disappear into a system. They can shape how the stay unfolds.
Details that follow the guest
Breakfast is prepared to order. Afternoon tea arrives during the quieter hours. Dinner changes daily and is served in different places around the property. Dietary wishes and allergies are discussed before arrival and adjusted during the stay.
The same care applies in the spa. Massage pressure, rhythm and technique are chosen according to what the body needs that day. Acupuncture sessions are approached individually and take place by private appointment.
Present when needed, quiet when not
Good service does not need to interrupt a peaceful atmosphere. At The Jing, the aim is to notice what might help and arrange it with as little ceremony as possible. Guests remain free to spend the day privately, knowing that care is close when they want it.
